LUXOR
Early morning, transfer to Cairo airport for a flight to Luxor. Upon arrival, we will proceed to visit the Karnak Temple, a magnificent complex dedicated to the Theben triad of Amon, Mut, and Khonsu. This city of temples was built over 2000 years and has been a place of pilgrimage for almost 4,000 years. This grand temple complex was dedicated to the Theban Triad of Amun, Mut, and Chons and played a central role in the annual Opet Festival during the New Kingdom.
