Itinerary
Day 1
Upon arrival at Delhi International Airport, we will greet you with a traditional welcome before transferring you to your hotel. Depending on your arrival time, we will begin exploring the city.
We’ll start with a visit to the Red Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site built in 1639 AD, whose imposing walls and intricate details reflect Delhi’s rich Mughal heritage. Our tour then continues to Rajghat, the serene memorial dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi, a place of quiet reflection amidst the city’s bustle.
Later, we’ll gather for a warm and welcoming dinner at the Chabad Center of Delhi, before retiring to the luxurious Oberoi New Delhi for an overnight stay.
Day 2
We begin the day with a delightful breakfast at the hotel before setting out on a morning orientation tour of Delhi. Our journey starts at the India Gate, a grand war memorial honoring the soldiers of World War I, followed by a drive along the impressive Parliament Street, lined with stately government buildings that embody the power and heritage of modern India.
Next, we venture into Old Delhi, where a traditional rickshaw ride through Chandni Chowk immerses us in the vibrant atmosphere of bustling bazaars, narrow lanes, and timeless Mughal-era architecture. The morning concludes with a visit to Gandhi Smriti, the poignant memorial at the residence where Mahatma Gandhi spent his final days. This site, filled with artifacts and stories of the Mahatma’s life, offers a moving glimpse into India’s history of independence and nonviolence.
In the afternoon, we depart for Agra, driving through the scenic landscapes of Uttar Pradesh. Upon arrival, we’ll check into the luxurious Oberoi Amarvilas, where every room offers a view of the magnificent Taj Mahal.
In the evening, enjoy the spectacular Mohabbat-e-Taj cultural show, a vibrant performance that brings to life the love story behind the Taj Mahal through music, dance, and drama. The day concludes with a relaxed dinner at the hotel, followed by an overnight stay at the Oberoi Amarvilas.
Day 3
Begin your day with a leisurely breakfast at the Oberoi Amarvilas, enjoying its elegance and iconic views of the Taj Mahal.
This morning, take a guided tour of the Taj Mahal, where your guide will share the moving love story of Shah Jahan and Mumtaz Mahal as you admire the monument’s exquisite marble craftsmanship and serene gardens. Continue to the Agra Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that once served as the seat of the Mughal Empire, with its grand halls, courtyards, and views of the Taj across the Yamuna River.
Return to the Oberoi Amarvilas for a relaxed afternoon. Unwind by the pool, indulge in spa treatments, or simply savor the view from your private balcony.
In the evening, enjoy a refined dinner at the hotel, followed by an overnight stay at the Oberoi Amarvilas.
Day 4
After breakfast at the Oberoi Amarvilas, depart on a scenic drive to Jaipur, the fabled “Pink City.”
En route, stop at the Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary (Keoladeo National Park) for a peaceful rickshaw ride through its wetlands, home to colorful migratory and native bird species. Continue to the Abhaneri Stepwells (Chand Baori), an extraordinary 8th-century marvel with thousands of perfectly symmetrical steps forming a striking geometric design.
Arriving in Jaipur by late afternoon, take part in a hands-on craft workshop at Nila House, where artisans introduce you to traditional techniques such as natural dyeing, block printing, or weaving (subject to availability).
The day ends with dinner at your hotel and an overnight stay at the luxurious Oberoi Rajvilas.
Day 5
After breakfast at the Oberoi Rajvilas, visit the Amber Fort, ascending in regal style with an elephant ride. Explore its ornate palaces, courtyards, and mirrored halls before heading to Jaipur’s vibrant markets for shopping and local color.
In the afternoon, enjoy a festive experience as you dress in traditional attire and join a lively Bollywood dance class, a fun way to connect with India’s modern culture.
Later, enjoy some Toamea before preparing for Shabbos.
After davening we will enjoy a Shabbos meal basking in the magnificent views from the hotel.
Day 6
Enjoy a full day of rest and relaxation at The Oberoi Rajvilas, a luxurious oasis set amidst lush gardens. Savor the serene surroundings, exquisite cuisine, and the peaceful ambiance, making it a perfect day to unwind and enjoy Shabbos in India.
On Motzei Shabbos, embark on a scenic evening drive and walking tour through Jaipur. Stroll along the charming streets or visit a serene local spot, taking in the warm glow of the city as it comes alive at night. The enchanting atmosphere and twinkling lights provide a magical introduction to Jaipur after Shabbos.
Day 7
After a leisurely breakfast and check-out from the Oberoi Rajvilas, begin your exploration of Jaipur with a visit to the magnificent City Palace, a stunning blend of Rajput and Mughal architecture. Wander through its opulent courtyards, grand halls, and beautifully preserved museums, gaining insight into the royal heritage of Jaipur.
Next, discover the historic Jantar Mantar Observatory, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Marvel at the impressive collection of architectural astronomical instruments, designed to track celestial movements with remarkable precision, and learn about the scientific ingenuity of 18th-century India.
In the afternoon, transfer to the airport for your flight to Udaipur. Upon arrival, you will be warmly greeted and escorted to your hotel, where you can relax and begin to soak in the serene beauty of the “City of Lakes.”
Day 8
Begin your day with a leisurely breakfast at the hotel, taking in the serene surroundings and the charm of Udaipur. Start your exploration with a visit to the City Palace and Museum, an architectural masterpiece that offers panoramic views of the city and Lake Pichola. Wander through the grand courtyards, ornate halls, and exquisite galleries, and immerse yourself in the rich history of the Mewar dynasty.
Next, enjoy a unique cultural experience with a visit to a local family home, where you will participate in a traditional cooking session. Learn the secrets of authentic Rajasthani cuisine, from fragrant spices to time-honored techniques, creating dishes that capture the heart of India’s culinary heritage.
In the afternoon, embrace the city’s regal past with a vintage car ride along the scenic Fateh Sagar Lake, a leisurely drive that evokes the elegance and charm of Udaipur’s royal history.
As evening falls, unwind with an exclusive boat ride on Lake Pichola, admiring the reflections of palaces, temples, and ghats in the shimmering waters. The stunning sunset paints the city in golden hues, creating a magical and unforgettable experience.

In the evening, gather for a warm dinner at Chabad, enjoying a welcoming atmosphere and a delicious meal.

Day 10
Begin with a full-day Jewish Heritage tour, visiting key synagogues such as Knesset Eliyahu, Magen David, Tiferet Israel, and Juni Masjid, along with the Jewish School and Eli Kaduri and JJ Hospitals, gaining insight into the community’s history and contributions.
In the afternoon, explore Mumbai’s iconic landmarks, including the Gateway of India, Hanging Gardens, Crawford Market, and the historic Victoria Terminus (Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus).
End the day with dinner at Chabad House, followed by an overnight stay at the Oberoi Mumbai.
Day 11
After a final breakfast at your hotel and some last moments to enjoy the city’s ambiance, you will be transferred to the airport for your onward flight home.
